• If a product is received with physical damage, customers must notify Crotch Cosmetics within seven calendar days of receipt to initiate the refund process.

Non-Damage Related Returns:

• If customers are unsatisfied with their purchase for reasons other than physical damage, they should notify Crotch Cosmetics within seven calendar days of receipt.
• In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.

Processing Returns:

• Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
• For products returned due to damage, Crotch Cosmetics will process a refund.
• For non-damage-related returns, Crotch Cosmetics will issue a store credit.

Store Credit:

• Store credit will be issued for non-damage-related returns.
• The store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
