Eligibility and Enrollment Licensed Professionals: Training classes are primarily intended for individuals holding a professional license in relevant fields (e.g., cosmetology, esthetics). International Participants: Individuals outside the country who may not hold a local professional license are also eligible to enroll. Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 18 years old. Class Registration and Payment Non-Refundable Fees: All class fees are non-refundable. This policy stands regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance. Payment Terms: Full payment is required during registration to secure a spot in the class. Confirmation of Enrollment: Participants will receive confirmation of their enrollment and a receipt for their payment. Class Schedule and Attendance Class Schedule: The schedule for each class, including dates and times, will be provided in advance. Attendance Requirement: Participants must attend the entire class to receive any applicable certification or acknowledgment of completion. No Makeup Sessions: In case of missed classes, makeup sessions or refunds are unavailable. Class Conduct and Requirements Professional Conduct: Participants must maintain high professionalism and respect towards instructors and fellow attendees. Materials and Equipment: Necessary materials and equipment for the class will be provided. Participants may be advised to bring specific items. Intellectual Property and Usage of Materials Protection of Materials: Educational materials provided during the class, including handouts, digital content, and other resources, are proprietary and protected under intellectual property laws. Prohibition on Distribution: These materials are not to be copied, sold, or distributed in any form. Personal Use Only: The provided materials are for personal and educational use only and should not be used for commercial purposes. Certification and Post-Class Benefits Certification: Upon completing the class, participants may receive a certificate or acknowledgment of their new skills and knowledge. No Exchange for Products: Class participation cannot be exchanged for products or store credit. Changes and Cancellations by Crotch Cosmetics Class Cancellations: Crotch Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.
